We just finished spending a week with 35,000 of our closest colleagues at the world’s largest Defense and Security Conference, DSEI 2017 in London. If you haven’t attended, you could not imagine the entire ExCel Expo Center (over 100,000 square meters) filled with global defense and security companies showing innovative technologies and systems across the land, air, space and maritime sectors. Full size helicopters, ships, tanks and yes, even Liquid Robotics’ 9.5-foot-long Wave Glider! Here are two of our favorite videos from the event.
Hear from Daniel Middleton, Executive Vice President of Liquid Robotics as he’s interviewed by Vago Muradian, Editor and Host of Defense & Aerospace Report. Dan shares our new announcement on the Next Generation Wave Glider, designed for missions in high sea states (6 and greater) and high latitudes (Arctic and Antarctica).
Admiral Sir George Zambellas, former First Sea Lord of the Royal British Navy, and strategic advisor to Liquid Robotics, provides his perspectives on the important role of autonomous systems and the impact of autonomy to the future of naval warfare.
