What You Agree to When Using This Site

Welcome to www.liquid-robotics.com, the website of Liquid Robotics, a Boeing Company (the “Site”).  These terms of use (“Site Terms”) impose conditions on your access to this Site, and any use you make of it, so please read them carefully. They do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Liquid Robotics or its affiliates for other products or services.

Liquid Robotics reserves the right to change or modify any of the Site Terms or any policy or guideline of the Site, at any time and at its sole discretion.  Any changes or modifications will be effective upon posting.  Your continued use of the Site following the posting of its changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications.  Therefore, you should frequently review the Site Terms and applicable policies to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Site.

Incorporated Policies or Terms

Privacy Policy. Liquid Robotics believes strongly in protecting individual user privacy and providing you notice of our collection and use of data, including personally identifying information, from the Site.  Our privacy policy is available here for your review.

Sales, Supplier, and Hosted Wave Glide Management System (WGMS) Software Subscription Terms and Conditions.  Transactions with Liquid Robotics for products or services, agreements to supply products and services to Liquid Robotics, and subscriptions to Liquid Robotics’ Hosted WGMS Software products are subject to separate terms and conditions.  Those Terms are posted on the Liquid Robotics Site (available here) or set forth in a separate agreement with you.

General Conduct and Limited License

Liquid Robotics grants you a limited license to make personal use only of this Site. Such grant does not include, without limitation: (a) any resale or commercial use of the Site or its contents; (b) the collection and use of any product listings or descriptions, (c) making derivative uses of this Site and its contents; or (d) use of any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction methods. Except as noted above, you are not conveyed any right or license by implication, estoppel, or otherwise in or under any patent, trademark, copyright, or proprietary right of Liquid Robotics or any third party.

Any unauthorized use of this Site will terminate the permission or license granted by these Site Terms and may violate applicable law including copyright laws, trademark laws, and communications regulations and statutes. All violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Linking

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to create a hyperlink to this Site provided such link does not portray Liquid Robotics or any of its products and services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise defamatory manner. You may not use a Liquid Robotics logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark of Liquid Robotics to link to this Site without the express written permission of Liquid Robotics. This limited right may be revoked at any time.

You may not use, frame, or utilize framing techniques to enclose any Liquid Robotics trademark, logo or other proprietary information (including without limitation the images found at this Site, the content of any text, or the layout/design of any page or form contained on a page) without Liquid Robotics prior express written consent. Further, you may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing a Liquid Robotics name, trademark, or product name without Liquid Robotics prior express written consent.

General Submissions

Do not use this Site as a means of submitting information you consider to be proprietary, confidential, and/or trade secret information (“Proprietary Information”). Proprietary Information should be submitted only in connection with websites specifically allowing and providing for its receipt and protection. You agree not to submit any information that may violate any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual or proprietary right of another person. Except as otherwise expressly provided in the terms of use for any purchase or software subscription with Liquid Robotics or in another applicable written agreement with Liquid Robotics, any submission of materials by you will be considered a contribution to Liquid Robotics for further use in its sole discretion, regardless of any proprietary claims or reservation of rights noted in the submission. Accordingly, you agree that any materials, including but not limited to questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, plans, notes, drawings, original or creative materials or other information, provided by you in the form of e-mail or submissions to Liquid Robotics, or postings on this Site, are submitted on a non-confidential basis (subject to our Privacy Policy), and shall become the sole property of Liquid Robotics. Liquid Robotics shall own exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use of these materials for any purposes, without acknowledgment or compensation to you.  The submission of any materials to Liquid Robotics, including the posting of materials to any forum or interactive area, irrevocably waives any and all “moral rights” in such materials, including the rights of paternity and integrity.

Third-Party Content

This Site may include Material contributed or owned by third parties, as well as links to websites owned by third parties. For instance, portions of our website may link to third-party sites, platforms, and applications we do not control (e.g., Facebook or YouTube). We are not responsible for third parties or their content, applications, or websites.  Access to and use of any third-party content is at your own risk. Liquid Robotics makes no claim or representation regarding, and accepts no responsibility for, the quality, content, nature or reliability of third-party content.

The Site may, from time to time, include discussion forms and interactive areas.  All such areas shall be used for non-commercial purposes and may not be used to upload or transmit any content that:

• is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, harassing, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy rights, abusive, or otherwise objectionable;

Liquid Robotics takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for content posted uploaded by you or any third party.  Liquid Robotics has the right, but not obligation, to investigate reported violations of this policy and take appropriate action, including, but not limited to, suspension or termination of services or removal of posted Content.

Social Media

Liquid Robotics’ social media pages (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube) (“Platforms”) are a place for you to learn more about Liquid Robotics.  Liquid Robotics and its affiliates are not responsible for third party content posted or appearing on these Platforms, including but not limited to content and links posted by users.  Liquid Robotics does not control or endorse, nor is it responsible for third party content and makes no representation regarding the accuracy of content shared by third parties.

Liquid Robotics reserves the right to remove Platform postings that violate the third-party content requirements outlined above.  Liquid Robotics also reserves the right to ban and block individuals who do not follow these terms.

Press Releases

The information contained within press releases issued by Liquid Robotics should not be deemed accurate or current except as of the date the release was posted. Liquid Robotics has no intention of updating, and specifically disclaims any duty to update, the information contained within the press releases.

Export Control Laws

Applicable Law and Venue

These terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware and controlling federal law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or related to these Site Terms or the use of the Site shall be filed only in state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over any suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Site Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Site Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Site Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Termination

Liquid Robotics reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate these Site Terms at any time.  Liquid Robotics also reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the Site and to block or prevent future access to and use of the Site.

Effective Date

These Site Terms are effective as of March 23, 2026.
